Sex is very important. Don't let anyone tell you differently.  A lot of relationships end because of either bad sex or inadequate sex and of course other factors.  Good sex can bring about a bond and a closeness and bad sex has been known to break up some relationships. There are some issues that might affect our ability to have great sex or even good sex.  We will hit on some of the most common ones.

1) You don't climax or it takes you forever and a day to do so:

Diabetes might be at fault.  In a study that was done in 2010 by University of Chicago Researchers.  It was found out that  both  men and women who had diabetes complained that they had difficulties climaxing.

Why should you be concerned:  Diabetes damages part of the autonomic nerves which is responsible for involuntary responses which sexual stimulation falls under.   If this is a problem - go get yourself checked.

2) You don't lubricate much and you aren't menopausal.

For years, we've often blamed men for this.  We've said things like  he doesn't stimulate me much.  He doesn't belive in fore play.  It really is all his fault that you don't lubricate much But what of if it isn't his fault but rather your un healthy heart.

What do I mean : Lubrication comes from hormones but also from fluid in your bloodstream and If there's impaired blood flow for any reason, it could reflect early signs of a cardiovascular issue.

Go Get Yourself Checked.

3)  You are hardly ever in the  mood

No, it isn't his fault.  It might not have anything to do with him.  Could you be depressed or could you have low testosterone?  This is the time to visit your doctor to find out if you have something medically wrong with you.  Get tested and take what is prescribed.  Often, the problem might not be medical in nature - maybe it is stress, boredom,  relationship problems or more.  So get yourself checked.
