Named in Black women in Europe Power list 2012 and recently awarded UKAA Lifetime Achievement award, Pauline Long is a Kenyan born entrepreneur, philanthropist, fashion designer, mentor, motivational speaker, writer and TV presenter. As one of eleven inspirational women in Europe listed on Black Women in Europe Power list, the multi- award winning mother and wife is the founder of Europe's biggest award ceremony for black and ethnic personalities in entertainment, film, fashion, television and arts (BEFFTA). As a mother and wife Pauline Long developed a huge passion for giving back to children and the youth which led her to founding Mr. and Miss East Africa UK, these pageants encourage entrepreneurship amongst East Africans in UK but most importantly they work closely with East African children's charities. Pauline Long is passionate about giving back hence she established a FEED THE STREET children programme through The Shout campaign funded by her. She has a team feeding street children in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. Her main goal is to eventually take children off the streets of Africa.
